1. Introduction

Welcome to Kerala PEDICON 2025. By registering for this event, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Registration & Payment

• Registration is mandatory for all participants.
• All payments must be made through the HDFC Payment Gateway, using credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking.
• The total registration fee includes an 18% GST as per government regulations.
• Kerala Pedicon 2025 is hosted by the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, Thiruvananthapuram Branch (GST No. 32AAAAI4750N1ZN). All applicable tax deductions will be made by the hosting branch
• The total amount is rounded up to the next multiple of ₹10 for final calculation.
• Senior citizens (above 70 years as of January 1, 2025) must provide valid age proof at the registration desk.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Registration fees are **non-refundable** under any circumstances.
• In case of duplicate transactions, refunds will be processed within **30 working days** after verification.
• The refund will be credited to the same account used for payment.

4. Conference Participation

• Only registered participants will receive entry passes.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to deny entry to any participant violating event rules.
• The schedule is subject to change without prior notice.

5. Liability Disclaimer

The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the conference. Participants are advised to take necessary precautions.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
