Welcome to Kerala PEDICON 2025. By registering for this event, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Registration is mandatory for all delegates, including accompanying children.
Children above 8 years must be registered under the Accompanying Delegate category.
PG students must submit a bona-fide certificate from the Head of the Department/Institution along with the registration form.
Senior citizens (above 70 years as of January 1, 2025) must provide valid age proof at the registration desk.
Registration is non-transferable under any circumstances.
All remittance/bank charges/online transaction charges must be borne by the delegate.
All payments must be made through the HDFC Payment Gateway using credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking.
For any card payment, an additional fee will be charged as per RBI policy.
The total registration fee includes 18% GST as per government regulations (subject to change).
Kerala PEDICON 2025 is hosted by the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, Thiruvananthapuram Branch (GST No. 32AAAAI4750N1ZN). All applicable tax deductions will be made by the hosting branch.
The total amount is rounded up to the next multiple of ₹10 for final calculation.

Registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once completed.
In case of duplicate transactions, refunds will be processed within 30 working days after verification and credited to the same account used for payment.

Photo ID is mandatory for all delegates for security reasons to enter the venue.
Only registered participants will receive entry passes.
To collect the delegate kit bag, delegates must present their badge. Kits will only be handed over to the registered delegate.
For spot registrations, delegate kits will be provided subject to availability.
The organizing committee reserves the right to deny entry to any participant violating event rules.
The conference schedule is subject to change without prior notice.

The organizers will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event.
They will also not be responsible for any change in conference dates due to unavoidable government directives or natural calamities.
Participants are advised to take necessary precautions.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
